Fitted with solid wooden flooring, white ceilings, floor to ceiling glass door with blackout capability, and built in adjustable spot light.

The indoor space is approximately 1300sf able to hold functions of 120 people. 

It has a round table seating capacity of 60 pax, while theater seating sits 120 pax.

How Much Do You Actually Need for the Wedding?

Just like buying shoes, an apartment, or a pair of jeans, when it comes to financing a wedding, you should figure out how much you need to spend to get what you want. Set your expectations accordingly.

The average cost for a 150-person wedding is about RM80,000-100,000, inclusive of food and beverage at an estimated RM350 per pax at hotels or RM150 per pax at restaurants.

Here is a basic breakdown of what you can expect to pay:
Reception: 50%-52%
Attire: 5%-8%
Decor/Flowers: 10%-12%
Entertainment/Music: 8%-10%
Photography/Videography: 10%-12%
Stationery: 2%-3%
Wedding Rings: 2%-3%
Parking/Transportation: 2%-3%
Gifts: 2%-3%
Miscellaneous: 8%

To avoid stress, allot about 5% of your budget for a "just-in-case" fund.
If you're paying for your honeymoon yourselves, remember to budget for that as well.

How Much Should You Save for the Wedding?
As soon as you're engaged, start putting aside as much of your income as you can for the wedding. Saving 20% of your monthly income is a good -- though painful -- goal. The longer your engagement, the more you'll be able to sock away.

Ways to save: Limit your spending on small stuff (renting movies instead of going out; going to Starbucks once instead of twice a day; downloading just the song you love instead of buying the whole CD). These changes will hardly affect your quality of life, but after a year, the extra cash will cover some wedding essentials.

Make the most of your money: Instead of stashing your money in a low-interest savings account, consider opening a money-market account. The interest rate can be double that of a savings account. Just check the fine print to avoid penalties.

"One of my favorite things is to take an ordinary space and turn it in to something completely unexpected. The Atlanta Hyatt, which was hosting an elite group of local and national corporate event planners, wanted to serve them dinner in one of the hotel kitchens. To make the space pop, we built floor-to-ceiling chalkboard walls on which we personalized each guest’s apron, laid wall-to-wall carpeting, and, my personal favorite, created one-of-a-kind hanging chandeliers out of plastic flatware. Nickelodeon Packs Kids' Choice Events With Creative Stimuli for the Under-Age Set April 1, 2008



Kicking things off on Sunday was a Southern-hospitality-infused barnyard bash at the estate's historic Antler Hill Barn. A chalkboard map, created by Brent Holloman for Pressed Cotton, outlined the four-part event, which included cocktail hour in the garden, a field-to-table feast in the barn, desserts by the campfire, and a chance to meet the farmyard animals.

The logos that served as the step-and-repeat wall on opening night were removed for other events, creating a chalkboard for guests' personal expressions. Chef Sang Yoon (of Father's Office and Lukshon) paused for a shot in front of what would become the erasable chalkboard where attendees could write their names or share their favorite Taste memory throughout the festival.
