Cool Citrus Tantalizes Tastebuds

From the outside, you wouldn't be able to guess what kind of cuisine is served at Citrus Cafe and Restaurant but once you step in, the whiff of spices and fresh scents fill the air triggering the stomach acids to go into overdrive.

Citrus Cafe and Restaurant offers a laid-back environment where you can surf the net and enjoy a good cuppa. More than just a hang out place, Citrus serves hearty meals, ranging from local to western flavours.

Walk into this restaurant and you will be greeted by the clean white furniture with green and white rattan lanterns hanging overhead.Though it is just 6 months old, this little eatery is booming with fresh ideas like Weekly Friday Buffet (of varied selection each time!) and Sunday Brunch Buffet with a selection of Nasi Lemak, Pancakes, Halwa Poori served with chickpeas and potatoes.

I'm a fan of Pasta and recommend you try the Marina Pasta, with its generous portion of clamps and fresh prawns.

For diners looking for something simple, you can opt for char kuey teow, roti canai and naan which is served with gravy. A must-try is Citrus's Briyani Rice, a specialty dish made with a Pakistani twist.

Those watching their diets have a choice of sandwiches and salads to choose from.

Citrus Restaurant and Cafe is also proud of the wide range of coffee that they serve.

For a fresh environment to catch up with good friends over good food, drop by Citrus Restaurant for a treat.
